⚠️ Important Holiday Shipping Notice
Due to overwhelming Thanksgiving demand, our Extra Large FlexMat is temporarily on backorder.
All XL orders placed after November 12th are part of our next incoming batch, which will ship between November 22–24 directly from our warehouse.
We encourage customers who need their FlexMat before Thanksgiving to select the Regular Size (ships immediately)at checkout.
By placing your order for the Extra Large size, you are reserving your unit from our next restock. This guarantees priority fulfillment the moment inventory arrives. Tracking information will be sent automatically once your order ships.

Order Processing
All orders placed on Olooni.com are processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After your order is shipped, delivery times may vary based on the shipping speed selected:

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Updating Shipping & Billing Information
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact hello@olooni.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes.
- If your order has already been processed and a tracking number has been issued, we cannot modify the address.
Billing Address Changes
We cannot update billing addresses after an order is placed. However, as long as the shipping address is correct, your order will be processed without issues.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, email hello@olooni.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Use the subject line: “Cancel Order – [Your Order Number]”
- If the order has already been processed and a tracking number has been issued, we cannot cancel the order.
Shipping to Special Addresses
Mail Forwarding Services
We ship to Mail Forwarding Service addresses, but once the order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or missing items. Orders shipped to Mail Forwarding Services are not eligible for replacements.
P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes, but shipping times may be longer than standard delivery due to carrier limitations.
International Shipping
At this time, Olooni does not ship internationally. For international inquiries, please contact hello@Olooni.com.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of your shipping confirmation, email hello@olooni.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
